General Manager - Operations
Our General Manager is Ms. Kimm Daley. She has over 18 years in the industry and one of the few market professionals holding her ACII and LLB designations. For the past 6 years she has held the post of Claims Manager of CGM Insurance Brokers Jamaica Limited.

General Manager - Marketing & Client Services
Janette Williams has amassed 2 decades of experience in the Insurance industry working in the local and US markets. She began her career as an underwriter and quickly turned her attention to corporate account management in leading brokerages, honing her excellent track record of client account management along the way.
She successfully completed the local insurance diploma with the honour of being appointed class valedictorian at the college of Insurance and Professional Studies. Mrs. Williams completed her undergraduate degree at the prestigious Williams College in Massachusetts and holds a Masters Degree in Business Management from Florida International University.
